SBC Kids

Second Baptist Church desires to come alongside parents as they disciple their children in the fear and admonition of the Lord. We want to provide a safe place for our kids to grow in their knowledge of God and His Gospel.

SBC Kids meet every Wednesday 5:45-7:00

Young at Heart

Young at Heart ministries are community-focused church group designed for senior adults (aged 50+) to foster fellowship, spiritual growth, and active ministry engagement. 

Our Young at Heart Ministries:

• Fellowship and Socialization: Regular covered-dish luncheons, breakfast meetings, games (bingo, cards), and social outings.
• Spiritual Growth: Dedicated Bible studies, worship, and prayer groups focusing on mature Christian living and devotion.
• Active Ministry and Missions: Opportunities for senior adults to stay engaged in community, including volunteering in local missions, visiting homebound members, and hosting special events.
• Target Demographic: Generally aimed at those 50 or 55 years of age and older, welcoming singles and couples.
